We believe education is only complete when learning becomes confidence, confidence becomes capability, and capability becomes a job, a career or a better business.

We train people across Kouga and the Garden Route for real jobs in hospitality: waiters, bar attendants, housekeepers, cooks and front-of-house teams. As a DHET-registered private college we also offer NC(V) programmes, so learners can finish their schooling with a career.

Injongo was founded by René Oosthuizen, who has more than 25 years in hospitality and training: hotel manager at the Russel Hotel in Knysna, Train-the-Trainer at Conrad Pezula Resort (Hilton), and a CATHSSETA-registered assessor and moderator.

We train in Jeffreys Bay, Knysna, George, Plettenberg Bay, Oudtshoorn, Cape St Francis and Mossel Bay, and on site at your workplace.
