Our purpose

Injongo means purpose.

We believe education is only complete when learning becomes confidence, confidence becomes capability, and capability becomes a job, a career or a better business.

So we teach practical hospitality and workplace skills, on the job and close to home across the Garden Route and Kouga. We train people, and in doing so we strengthen the employers who hire them, the guests they serve and the communities they live in.

We measure ourselves by what changes: people who become employable, staff who become more capable, businesses that perform better.
